Official Start of Page Rank Update

Posted by Joe - admin on 28 Apr 2007 | Tagged as: Search Engines, Pagerank

Fluctuations in various data centers have been happening for the past few days and this is natural in anticipation for the upcoming pagerank update. Early this day, the pagerank in toolbars have finally updated their PR. As always, Google never failed to surprise people with the results of the update. There were increase, decrease and retention of PR in all websites.

Similarly weird to last January’s results, some websites’ inners pages gained higher PR’s that their homepages. Still no one can explain the logic behind this but I do not think there is a big issue about it.

Whatever results everyone got today, celebrations, disappointments and hopes that the update is not over yet are sure fill the air. A few days of emotions are to be expected from some webmasters and for some, there is no time to waste to aim and get a higher Page Rank in the next update.
